  • Thanks to all who helped out with and attended our first “Because of Love…” event! We had a great time and look
  • Friday Night Fire Service is this Friday, February 17 @7:30 PM! Come out and bring your family and friends to this evangelistic service!
  • The Anniversary Committee is hosting a Chili Cook-Off in March! Do you make a renown Chili? Or do you use unique ingredients to make your chili pop? Sign-up with Min. Leah to be a contestant! Stay tuned for more details.
  • New Members Class will resume February 12th @ 9:45 AM. It will meet every other week. Please see Elder -Elect Lanaya to reserve your class materials!
  • If anyone would like to be on the Before and After Clean up Committee during our Anniversary Services please see Elder-Elect Estella Banks to sign up or for more information.
  • Registration and Payment are now being accepted for the 2012 Women’s Conference. You can turn in your registrations and payments on Wednesday or Sundays to Sister Levita. If you have questions please see Minister Janet.
  • Pastor La Tanya will be meeting with the Head of every SOLW Auxiliary (i.e., Dance Ministry, Outreach Ministry. etc.). Please contact the administrative office to schedule an appointment and come prepared with ideas for your ministry's plans for 2012.

  • The Men’s Ministry will be going through the book “Resolution” in 2012. The cost of the book is $10. Please see Pastor Joe for more information.
  • If you would like to help write the Bread For the Journey located in the weekly bulletin, please see Elder-Elect Lanaya Ramsey to sign-up for 2012!
  • SOLW Annual $50 Assessment for each adult member is PAST DUE. Please place your household’s assessment in the giving envelope under the “CMORI/VOW” line as soon as possible.
